About Us

A Bloomfield Hills Michigan Estate Planning Law Firm

We Are

We are a full service estate planning law firm. We create estate plans with the understanding that estate planning is a process designed to improve the quality of life for you and your loved ones. Estate planning empowers you to control how your assets are used in the event of an illness as well as how your assets are to be passed onto future generations. Our estate plans are designed to accomplish beyond what is common in today’s marketplace.

We Educate

We educate financial advisors, insurance professionals, bank branch managers, and anyone who is interested in learning about how estate planning can help families and those they care about. Our workshops are designed to inform you about estate planning and our process. Our agreement is that you educate us about your family and we will educate you about the law.

We Provide

We provide a higher level of client support than provided by most legal firms. Together we’ll create a plan that best fulfills your dreams and goals. We’ll help you arrange your affairs in a way that is both personally satisfying and that meets your unique objectives—all while accomplishing substantial savings for your family in the long run.

We Use

We use the latest estate planning techniques and strategies, together with tried-and-true tools, such as revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, cottage trusts, life insurance trusts, testamentary trusts, gun trusts, durable powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney, living wills (end of life directives), and last wills, just to name a few. We’ll work with you to determine the best strategies and tools to use to custom design your estate plan. Whether you need a simple estate plan, or your situation calls for advanced estate planning, LifeFocus Planning® has the expertise necessary to achieve your goals.

We Encourage

We encourage clients to call us or email us with their questions or concerns.

We Believe

We believe in a team approach, working collaboratively with you and your other professional advisors. We will work closely with your financial advisor, accountant, insurance agent, or other advisors to ensure that your entire plan works.

Matt Ferri is a wonderful Attorney! He was very professional and makes you feel like family! The prices are good. Whether I call or send an email, Matt gets back very quickly. I would highly recommend him and his firm. I feel Matt is one of the best attorneys around.

Debbie Robinson

Matt has done a complete estate package for me including a Trust, a Will, a Power of Attorney, and instructions. I have been very pleased with his services and his thurogh coverage on all aspects of a Trust. The pricing was very reasonable and I like the fact that Matt has a yearly follow-up plan in place so the Trust will always be up to date. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to protect their assets and to assure your property goes to who you want.

Al Phillips

Matt Ferri has been a huge help for my small business and my family trust. He helps make it easy to understand and follows up regularly to make sure our trust is always up-to-date. Highly recommended.
